Pay all fees and invoices in a timely manner as outlined in the agreed contract.
Review and approve designs and concepts promptly to avoid project delays.

4. Fees and Payments

A detailed fee structure for our services will be provided in the contract before the commencement of any work.
Payments will be due according to the schedule specified in the contract, which may include deposits, milestone payments, or final payments.
Non-payment or delays in payment may result in project suspension or termination, and Lagom Design Company reserves the right to withhold any completed work or deliverables until full payment is received.

5. Revisions and Changes

Clients are entitled to request revisions to the design or project scope, but any changes that go beyond the initial agreement may be subject to additional fees. These changes will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before any modifications are made to the project.

6. Project Timeline

Lagom Design Company will work to meet the agreed-upon timeline for the project. However, unforeseen delays due to client availability, vendor issues, or other external factors may impact the project’s completion. Lagom Design Company will communicate any anticipated delays and adjust the timeline accordingly.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement if the other party breaches the terms outlined in the contract.
In the event of a client-initiated cancellation, the client agrees to pay for any work completed or expenses incurred up to the point of termination.
Lagom Design Company reserves the right to terminate a project due to non-payment or unreasonable delays by the client, with fees still applicable for work completed.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, drawings, and other creative work produced by Lagom Design Company remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. After full payment, clients may use the final deliverables for their intended purpose but may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without written permission from Lagom Design Company.

9. Third-Party Vendors

During the project, we may recommend or work with third-party vendors, contractors, or suppliers. While we strive to recommend only trusted professionals, Lagom Design Company is not responsible for the actions, performance, or quality of work provided by third-party vendors.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lagom Design Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided, excluding any third-party costs.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute related to these Terms of Service or our services, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute amicably. If resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any legal action arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
